NonaffiliatesCompanies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies. Nonaffiliates we share with may include financial service providers, non-financial companies, and other businesses.
Joint marketingA formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Nonaffiliates we share with may include financial service providers, non-financial companies, and other businesses.

California and North Dakota Residents: We only share your information as permitted by the laws of your state.

Vermont Residents: Vermont law prohibits the sharing of credit reports and/or creditworthiness information with affiliates except as permitted by law or if the consumer has consented to (“opted-in”) to such sharing.
